Mihi School is seeking an enthusiastic, highly motivated, and collaborative part-time teacher (Fixed-Term 0.6 FTTE) to join our team for 2026 for a Board Special Project. Situated in Reporoa Valley, half-way between Taupō and Rotorua, we are a small school with a big heart and an exciting, localised curriculum.

We are seeking a teacher who:

• Is flexible, adaptable, and eager to contribute to the entire school community.

• Is committed to upholding and modelling our core values 

• Develops strong, positive relationships with students

• Has strong pedagogical knowledge and a commitment to individualised learning and achievement. Experience in structured literacy and maths is an advantage. 

• Holds current NZ teacher registration.
